The Cain Labs are located in the Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute at Texas Children’s Hospital. In addition to leading world-class research in epilepsy, neuropsychiatric and mood disorders, our faculty are also leading neurologists and neurosurgeons at Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. For our patients and families, we offer the following:

The Cain Labs are dedicated to alleviating the pain and suffering of our patients and their families due to catastrophic epilepsies and related neurological conditions. We are conducting and developing many clinical trials and studies to better understand and find new treatments for epilepsy, neuropsychiatric conditions, and cognitive disorders.
