Personal Statement
Dr. Alvarado suffered from eczema, asthma and allergic rhinitis in childhood and experienced the great improvements to quality of life that treatment of allergic diseases can bring. She enjoys learning about the unique history, environment and goals of each of her patients and strives to educate families about their diagnoses and treatment options. Dr. Alvarado believes that physicians partnering with families to share medical knowledge and learn from patient experiences advances the quality of medical care for all.
