Personal Statement

I have dedicated my practice to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. I advocate for patient safety and have a particular interest in antimicrobial stewardship and antibiotic allergies. I provide care for children with infectious diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Texas Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus. I am the assistant director of antimicrobial stewardship at Texas Children’s Hospital and focus my research efforts on outpatient antimicrobial stewardship.
