Experts from Texas Children's Hospital present at international conference hosted by the Radiological Society of North America

HOUSTON - (Dec. 4, 2013) - Numerous physicians and researchers from the Department of Pediatric Radiology at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston are in Chicago to present at the Radiological Society of North America's (RSNA) 99th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting held Dec. 1 through 6. Nearly 55,000 experts in radiology from across the globe will convene to address the latest discoveries, techniques and innovations in the field and experts from Texas Children's will be in attendance to present:

• Eleven scientific papers
• Two multisessions: Topics of such popularity that the presentations will be given multiple times during the conference
• Two refresher courses: Presentations designed to provide tips and tricks from Texas Children's experts regarding pediatric radiology, especially to those radiologists in communities that have a low number of pediatric cases
• Three special lectures: Highlighted as a featured lecture for the day
• Two series: Complex topics that require extended presentation times
