Personal Statement
Change can be hard, and some of the biggest changes we experience happen in hospitals and doctor’s offices. I love working with women and their doctors to help support the mental health of women who are experiencing big changes or facing big decisions. Through psychoeducation and the practice of self-compassion, I hope to help women understand themselves better and find clarity on how to care for their own mental health.
