Reaching your child’s health care provider at the clinic
Contact your child’s provider if there is a change in your child’s neurological condition. Through the clinic’s main number, you will reach either a trained Blue Bird Circle volunteer or a clinic coordinator who will take your information. The provider will return your call between patient visits or at the end of the day. Calls concerning routine health issues should be directed to your child’s primary care physician.

Emergencies
For neurological problems after clinic hours, or on weekends or holidays, call the clinic’s main number and press #3, or call the Texas Children’s Hospital line and ask the hospital operator to page the neurology fellow on call.
